A powerful explosion occurred Sunday morning in a shop in the village of Cojocaru, Dâmbovița county, causing a fire that affected an area of about 200 square meters. The incident, probably caused by an accumulation of gas, also shook nearby houses. ISU Dâmbovița intervened quickly with three fire engines and an SMURD crew, managing to extinguish the fire without casualties. Actions to remove the damage are ongoing.
