Distrigaz Sud Rețele will resume gas supply starting Saturday, October 25, for customers in the Calea Rahovei area, affected by the explosion.

Distrigaz Sud Rețele has announced that, starting from Saturday, October 25, 2025, it will gradually resume the supply of natural gas for customers in the Calea Rahovei area, Bucharest, who meet the technical and safety conditions.

This decision was made following the approval of the Bucharest Municipality Committee for Emergency Situations, which allowed the implementation of the necessary technical strategy.

The supply will take place between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM for certain properties, and owners are requested to ensure access for Distrigaz teams. It is also mentioned that for some properties, the supply will only be resumed after the completion of investigations by the competent authorities.

The company interrupted the gas supply for 1,086 customers following an explosion on October 17, which resulted in three deaths and 15 injuries, three of which are in serious condition.
