The decree signed by Acting President Ilie Bolojan confers General Christopher G. Cavoli, Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe, the National Order 'Star of Romania' in the rank of Grand Officer, recognizing his contributions to Romania's security in the Black Sea region.
