In a recent dialogue, Gabriela Firea addressed the issue of minimizing her mandate as the mayor of Bucharest and contested the arguments of Nicușor Dan, the current mayor, who claims to have taken the city hall out of debt.

Firea emphasized that the propaganda has been effective in support of Dan, mentioning that his campaign promises, such as building hospitals, have not been fulfilled. She also highlighted the fact that the debts of the City Hall are now greater than during her mandate, citing statements from former Prime Minister Ludovic Orban about cuts in funding for the Capital City Hall. Firea acknowledged that she lost the "propaganda war" against Nicușor Dan, highlighting the challenges faced by the current administration.
