President Nicușor Dan stated that, although there are conflicts within the governing coalition, they are legitimate and do not affect its functioning, which has a majority of 65% in Parliament. He emphasized that there is political will to resolve the issue of judges' pensions, with the intention of finding a solution by 2025.

Dan mentioned the need for a debate and consultations among the parties in the coalition to correct any technical issues of the bill rejected by the Constitutional Court. Additionally, he commented on the political rhetoric in the electoral context, anticipating a reduction in tensions after the PSD congress on November 7.
