The Sfatului Tower restoration project, worth a total of 15.9 million lei, includes repairs to the roof, masonry and the replacement of the dilapidated stairs. The funding comes from the 'Central Region' program and aims to improve the cultural and tourist heritage of Sibiu. The tower, built in the 13th century, will benefit from interventions aimed at preserving and valorizing this symbol of the city, improving accessibility for tourists and residents.
