Four people from a family in Galați, including two children aged 2 and 4, were taken to the hospital due to carbon monoxide poisoning. The incident occurred on Wednesday morning when the mother and grandmother began to complain of headaches and dizziness, while the father, who was sleeping upstairs, showed no symptoms. A man from the neighborhood called 112 after his wife fainted while caring for one of the children. Three ambulance crews intervened, evacuating the family from their home and assessing their condition.

Doctors suspected carbon monoxide poisoning due to a strange smell in the house. All four family members were transported to hospitals for treatment, and an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the incident.
