On Tuesday evening, around 9:30 PM, a fire broke out in a house on Cibinului Street in Brașov, causing the evacuation of five people. The Brașov firefighters quickly intervened with fire trucks, a ladder truck, a rescue vehicle, and a SMURD crew. A 69-year-old woman from the affected apartment suffered smoke inhalation and a panic attack, and was transported to the hospital for medical care. The fire caused the destruction of some furniture, textiles, and plastic materials, but the prompt intervention prevented the fire from spreading to other rooms. The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to ISU Brașov.
