On Friday evening, a storm drowned a father and his son on Lake Snagov, near Bucharest. The two went out in a kayak but capsized in the water. Divers searched for over six hours, finding the father shortly after midnight, but resuscitation maneuvers were unsuccessful. The son was later discovered but could not be rescued. The authorities have launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the tragedy.
