On Tuesday, an explosion occurred in an apartment located on the ground floor of a building in Buftea, Ilfov County, without being followed by a fire. The Bucharest-Ilfov Emergency Situations Inspectorate announced that the intervention is taking place on Aleea Tineretului, where several teams have been alerted. At the scene, there are 5 fire-fighting vehicles, the Special Rescue Detachment, a rescue vehicle, an intervention and high-altitude rescue vehicle, as well as 5 SMURD ambulances and a vehicle for transporting multiple victims.

So far, there is no information about victims. The intervention continues to ensure the safety of the area.
