The government has announced that the e-Terra application is functioning again, processing approximately 100,000 requests between August 11 and 17, after a period of downtime.
According to a press release, during the period from August 11 to 14, 2026, 165,146 requests were registered, and on August 14, 31,608 requests were recorded, of which 9,584 were for land registry extracts for information purposes. ANCPI emphasized that the large volume of requests is the result of the accumulation of requests during the application's downtime. It is also mentioned that ANCPI staff are working to recover the outstanding workload, prioritizing the resolution of requests and reducing waiting times.
The implemented measures aim at "optimizing the performance" of the e-Terra application, and users are encouraged to call dedicated support lines. Other ANCPI IT systems will be restarted in phases, and information will be communicated to the public through official channels.
