The government has informed that the security and functionality tests of the e-Terra system are progressing well, and the platform will be available next week.
During the period when the system was unavailable, requests submitted at the counter or by mail were recorded, maintaining their rank. Upon resuming activity, the requests will be entered into the electronic register, and the validity of land registry extracts will be automatically extended. The reopening of the system will be phased, in collaboration with the National Union of Notaries Public, to avoid bottlenecks. Additionally, for requests currently being processed, legal deadlines will be extended. In the first days, card payment will not be available, and users will have access to manuals and technical support. The government emphasizes that, although the application may respond more slowly at first, the new infrastructure is more efficient and will be constantly monitored.
