The e-Health My Application had severe blockages on the first day of operation / CNAS confirms that the system is operational, but with delays.

The new platform 'My Health' was recently launched, but it encountered significant problems right from the first day of operation. Users reported blockages and difficulties in the account creation process, which involves using the ROeID application for identity validation, a process that can take between 24 and 72 working hours.

The president of CNAS, Horațiu-Remus Moldovan, stated that although the system is operational, access may be delayed and full operationalization will occur gradually over the next few months. Doctors have reported that the new system does not allow the use of the electronic identity card instead of the health card, and some have encountered issues with the digital certificate.

Users described the platform as 'ambiguous' and 'cluttered', which complicates access, even for those with digital skills.
