Starting from August 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM, the Government announced the phased restart of the e-Terra application for ANCPI staff, cadastral offices, and public notaries.
This represents a first step in normalizing the activity of cadastre and real estate publicity, after checks and tests carried out by specialists. On the first day, priority will be given to the registration of documents received by correspondence and those processed by public notaries during the application's unavailability. From August 12, the application will be available to other authorized users.
Requests that are in the process of being resolved have extended deadlines, and the validity of land book extracts has been automatically extended. System monitoring will be constant to address any potential issues. Although the application is now functioning in the Government Cloud, response times may initially be higher due to the high volume of requests. The temporary unavailability of some PDF documents does not imply their loss.
