The e-Terra application was restarted on August 12, 2026, after a month of blockage caused by a cyber attack, announced by the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI).
Authorized persons, including notaries public, can now request land registry extracts necessary for the authentication of documents. Additionally, information extracts can be obtained by any applicant through authorized persons or at the counters of the cadastral offices.
ANCPI specified that, in the first days, payments in the application will not be able to be made by card, but only by payment order. On the first day of resumption, approximately 24,700 requests were registered, and the deadlines for requests under review were extended. ANCPI also decided to extend the application submission program and made phone lines available for support.
