The e-Terra application has registered temporary stops on August 12 and 13 due to a record number of requests, with nearly 70,000 requests recorded at the cadastral offices, compared to 42,000 on the same day last year.

The government announced that technical and human resources have been supplemented to cope with the requests. On August 12, the offices received 69,788 requests, and for land registry extracts for authentication, the number increased nearly fivefold compared to the previous year. The increase in access volume led to temporary stops of the application and longer waiting times. ANCPI intervened quickly to resolve the issues.

Additionally, the working hours have been extended, and phone lines have been opened for assistance. Other ANCPI platforms remain unavailable, including the Transcriptions and Registrations Register, affecting the processing of requests that depend on it. The government has not provided a specific date for the resumption of activities of these systems.
