The government has reactivated the 'Payment Link' functionality in the e-Terra application, allowing the payment of ANCPI fees with a card.

The government announced the reactivation of the 'Payment Link' functionality in the e-Terra application on August 20, allowing authorized persons and notaries to send a unique link to beneficiaries via email or SMS for the payment of fees to ANCPI with a card. Between August 11 and 19, the cadastral offices registered 329,476 requests, of which 279,242 were resolved, and the large volume of requests is due to the accumulation of requests during the period when e-Terra was unavailable.

ANCPI prioritizes the recovery of arrears and the return to normal workflow, with staff working intensively to resolve the accumulated requests. Additionally, measures are being implemented to optimize the application's performance. Other ANCPI platforms will be restarted in phases, and users can call Call Center lines for support. The institution recommends avoiding trips to the cadastral offices, as telephone resolution is possible.
