The President of the Board of Directors of Romgaz, Dumitru Chisăliță, announced his resignation from office, this coming before his planned dismissal by the Ministry of Energy.

Dumitru Chisăliță, who had a provisional mandate since April, previously held various positions within Romgaz, including general director and commercial director. After his resignation, he will return to the Smart Energy Association, which he founded and from which he suspended himself to take over the leadership of Romgaz. Chisăliță emphasized that this represents a new beginning for him.
