This strategy, developed with the support of EBRD and KPMG, aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and align with the objectives of the Paris Agreement. The company aims to reduce emissions from natural gas exploration and production activities and to develop projects in the field of renewable energy, green hydrogen, and biomethane. The strategy includes measures such as electrifying operations and investing in technologies to reduce methane emissions. Additionally, Deputy General Director Aristotel Jude mentioned that the action directions in the strategy require technical validation and feasibility studies to ensure the viability of the projects.
