Vlogger Dorian Popa was present on Monday at the Bucharest Court of Appeal, where his appeal regarding driving under the influence of drugs is being judged. In 2024, he was sentenced to 8 months in prison with suspension, after being caught in 2023 driving a luxury car under the influence of cannabis, dressed only in underwear. The incident occurred on October 27, 2023, when he was stopped by police in the town of Domnești, Ilfov.

The toxicology report confirmed the presence of the banned substance in his body. Dorian Popa admitted to using cannabis and expressed regret for the negative influence he had on the young people who follow him.
