The transaction was finalized after obtaining approval from the Foreign Direct Investment Review Commission. The photovoltaic park projects have an installed capacity of approximately 710 MW and are expected to provide electricity from the second half of 2026. The Deloitte Romania team provided financial and tax due diligence and valuation services.
