In a press conference, European Projects Minister Dragoș Pîslaru emphasized that the delays in the reforms of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan are only part of the problem. Key projects, such as the construction of schools, hospitals and road and rail infrastructure, risk not being completed by 2025, which could have a significant impact on Romania's infrastructure development.
