The Minister of National Defense, Ionut Moșteanu, stressed that there is no intention to start a war and that no one will be forcibly recruited into the army. He explained that the mobilization exercises, such as MOBEX B-IF-25, which are taking place between 12 and 20 October, are routine activities aimed at checking the functioning of the mobilization reserve.
