Crinel Nicu Grosu had a varied career within the National Anti-Corruption Directorate and ANAF, holding various positions, including head of service. In March 2021, he became a claimant in a case against the DGA, alongside colleagues from the union, requesting the court to recognize the right to salaries according to the legislation in force. The litigation is based on previous decisions of the higher courts regarding the remuneration of public officials.
