The budget of 15 million lei was approved as part of a budget rectification, to organize the Christmas fair in Constitution Square and two other central locations. Councilor Cătălin Teniță proposed reducing the budget to 8 million lei, but the amendment was rejected. CREART justified the budget increase by the delay in approval, and in the same meeting, the rates for renting spaces at fairs were also increased, with significant increases.
