The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, recorded an appreciation of 0.06%, reaching 28,262.28 points, while BET-Plus increased by 0.03%. The BET-BK index, which reflects the performance of investment funds, decreased by 0.12%, while BET-NG, dedicated to energy companies, advanced by 0.93%. The extended BET-XT index rose by 0.04%, while BET-FI, which includes SIFs, recorded a decline of 0.67%. The most liquid stocks were those of OMV Petrom, with transactions of 29.66 million lei, followed by Banca Transilvania and Hidroelectrica. The best performances were recorded by F.I.A.I.R. (+11.43%), Roca Industry Holdingrock1 (+8.18%) and Armătura (+5.29%), while Mecanica Ceahlău decreased by 10%.
