Ilie Bolojan states that the National Liberal Party does not shy away from responsibility, but excludes a new coalition with the Social Democratic Party if the government falls.

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan declared on Wednesday evening, on TVR1, that the National Liberal Party will not continue and could remain in power, but excludes collaboration with the Social Democratic Party in the event that his government is dismissed through a vote of no confidence.

He emphasized that within the PNL there is no support for resuming negotiations with the PSD, accusing the social democrats of not respecting their commitments. At the same time, Bolojan specified that the party will not avoid the responsibility of governance and will seek political alternatives to build a modernization pole, including by attracting parliamentarians from other formations.
