The president of AUR, George Simion, declared at the end of the National Leadership Council meeting that his party will launch the political manifesto 'Total Opposition – National Opposition'. This manifesto emphasizes AUR's commitment to openly oppose the Bolojan government, with the main objective of triggering early parliamentary elections.

AUR argues that Romania is facing a serious democratic rupture, in which Parliament is losing its role, while the government acts through repeated assumptions of responsibility. In this context, AUR aims to provide a firm and consistent opposition, resorting to direct parliamentary pressures, including initiating simple motions and censure motions against the Government.
