ANPIS has made payments of over 34 million lei for 628,173 beneficiaries of the energy voucher, intended for paying electricity bills.

The National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection (ANPIS) has made a new tranche of payments for 628,173 beneficiaries of the energy voucher, totaling over 34 million lei, for the payment of electricity bills for the month of September. Beneficiaries can use the amounts received in the mandate accounts to pay the bills issued by energy suppliers. Since the beginning of the program, ANPIS has transferred over 93 million lei for approximately 632,000 beneficiaries, and the financial support will be available until March 31, 2026.

Applications for the energy voucher can be submitted online or physically at town halls and post offices. The vouchers have a value of 50 lei per month, and for additional information, beneficiaries can contact the ANPIS Call Center. The Minister of Labor emphasized the importance of this assistance for vulnerable families.
