ANPC fined 15,000 lei at the "Beach, Please!" Festival for food storage irregularities, with some products showing traces of mold

ANPC commissioners carried out checks at the Beach Please Festival after a consumer found mold in a product. The checks revealed that four economic operators were storing food at higher than recommended temperatures and one of them did not have a license. Fines totaled 15,000 lei, including 50,000 lei for Best Grill Expert SRL. Unsafe procedures and differences in product weight were also found in other operators.
