The National Administration of Meteorology has announced a code yellow heatwave, active from Thursday, August 21, from 12:00 to 21:00. Affected regions include Banat, southern Crișana, Oltenia, southern and central Muntenia, as well as south-western Dobrogea, where the discomfort will be high, with maximum temperatures between 35 and 37 degrees. On Friday, the heat wave will spread and atmospheric instability is expected in the northern half of the country.
