The situation escalated when gendarmes intervened to extract a man who refused to identify himself and exhibited unruly behavior. Following the incident, two individuals were taken by law enforcement and will be fined for their actions. The gendarmerie rejected accusations that they had assaulted a pregnant woman, explaining that their intervention was meant to protect her and keep her away from the agitated area. Although dialogue teams tried to de-escalate the situation, another man intervened aggressively, which necessitated the gendarmes' intervention.
