Diaa Rashwan, head of the Egyptian State Information Service, emphasized that this is the first time an Egyptian leader has used this word since 1977. Al-Sissi highlighted the importance of changing the perception of the enemy regarding Arab countries, in the context of recent tensions generated by Israeli attacks on Hamas.
