The incident took place in a parking lot in Târgu Jiu, when the driver stopped to take a parking ticket, without properly securing the vehicle. The car moved forward, breaking the barrier and hitting another parked car, coming to a stop in the middle of the street. The police intervened and, although the breathalyzer test was negative, the driver was fined 810 lei for not securing the vehicle and will have to bear the costs of repairing the damaged vehicle.
