The Timis Environmental Guard has fined a company in Timisoara, which collects waste, 50,000 lei for failure to comply with the sanitation and soundproofing measures imposed following previous inspections. Although the company had an environmental permit, the inspectors found that the obligations had not been complied with, which is why new compliance measures with clear deadlines were ordered.
