Vinicius Junior, the Brazilian player of Real Madrid, is in advanced negotiations for a new contract, which is set to be finalized soon. The current contract expires in the summer of 2027, and Vinicius will earn 30 million euros per season gross, thus becoming the second highest-paid player in the team, after Kylian Mbappe, who earns 35 million euros. Although he initially wanted to be the highest-paid, Vinicius has lowered his demands. In the past, his agents discussed a possible transfer to PSG, Bayern, Arsenal, or Manchester United, but the player remains at Real Madrid, where he arrived in 2018 from Flamengo for 45 million euros. This season, Vinicius has played 48 matches, scoring 18 goals and providing 14 assists, having a market value of 150 million euros.
