Valencia CF, a club with a rich history in European football, is resuming work on the new stadium, named 'Phantom Stadium', after a 16-year pause. The project, with a total budget of 322 million euros, will be completed in 2027. Initially, the works started with a budget of 100 million euros, but were suspended due to lack of funds. Recently, the club was taken over by Chinese investors, which allowed the project to resume. The new stadium will be multifunctional, featuring an entertainment area of over 6,000 square meters and a digital museum dedicated to the club's history. Additionally, there are considerations to transform the arena into an athletics area. Valencia has had legendary Romanian players, such as Adrian Ilie and Miodrag Belodedici, who impressed at the old 'Mestalla' stadium.
