The authorities in Turkey have confirmed that the Turkish Formula 1 Grand Prix will return to the calendar in 2027, after a six-year absence. The competition will take place at the Istanbul circuit, which previously hosted Formula 1 races between 2005-2011 and in 2020 and 2021.
Following discussions with officials from Formula 1, it was established that the Grand Prix will be included in the calendar for an initial period of five years. The circuit is 5.34 kilometers long and includes 14 turns, providing an exciting experience for drivers and spectators.
