The High Court of Cassation and Justice has decided to reject the appeal filed by FCSB in the trademark case against the Sports Club of the Army Steaua, and this decision is final. Gigi Becali's club requested the cancellation of the trademarks held by CSA, but it was rejected in court. The process began in 2024, when the Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected FCSB's request.

The club's lawyers made an appeal, but it was rejected by the High Court on November 4. Gigi Becali reacted to the decision, stating that he is not interested in the outcome and that the lawyers are handling the situation. The court confirmed that FCSB's request is unfounded, thus maintaining the CSA Steaua trademarks.
