The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) has suspended Serbian player Stefan Milicevic, 29, for 24 years after he was accused of serious breaches of anti-corruption rules. The sanction is valid until October 8, 2050, and bars him from playing, coaching or participating in competitions organized by the ATP, WTA, World Tennis, Grand Slam tournaments or national federations.
According to the ITIA, Milicevic allegedly fixed six matches between 2022 and 2024, personally taking part in five of them. He also allegedly attempted to manipulate the outcome of six other matches and recruit several professional players for a corruption network.
The Serbian player achieved the highest ranking of his career in 2014, when he was ranked No. 1,338 in singles.
The ITIA investigation began in 2026. The agency says it tried seven times to obtain a response from the player, but he did not take part in the investigation and did not cooperate. After he failed to respond to the notice of allegations issued on September 24, the ITIA announced the suspension. For the duration of the sanction, Milicevic may not be involved in any official tennis activity.
