Spectacular result for Romania at the Olympic Games: The two-person bobsleigh team is in 5th place halfway through the event.

Romania achieves the best result at the current edition of the 2026 Milan – Cortina Olympic Games. The bobsleigh team consisting of Cristian Țentea and George Iordache is in 5th place after the first two heats.

In the first heat, the boys finished in 10th place, then they spectacularly recovered 5 positions.

Heats three and four for bobsleigh will take place on Tuesday, February 17, at 20:00 and 22:05. You can follow the competition on TVR and Eurosport.
