In just 24 hours from the opening of ticket sales for the 2026 World Cup, FIFA has recorded over 1.5 million requests from 210 countries, with most coming from the USA, Mexico, and Canada. The tournament, expanded to 48 teams, will include 104 matches in 16 host cities. Registrations close on September 19, and the selection of candidates will begin on September 29. Ticket prices start at $60, with a dynamic pricing system applied in the first phase.
