In the context of Super Bowl LX, the NFL has stated that there will be no immigration law enforcement (ICE) operations around events related to the Super Bowl. Cathy Lanier, the NFL's chief security officer, emphasized that ICE is not involved in the security operations of the Super Bowl.
However, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed an increased federal law enforcement presence throughout Super Bowl week.
Cathy Lanier highlighted that the NFL has been cooperating for 20 years to ensure the security of the Super Bowl with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which "brings together over 20 different services (but) does not include ICE."
