Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time world champion, stated that he will remain in Formula 1 for a long time, despite external pressures to retire. The 41-year-old driver is currently in fifth place in the overall standings and is waiting for his first victory with Ferrari, after four races in his current season. Although the team has not achieved a victory since October 2024, Hamilton is optimistic and focused on his future in the sport.

He emphasized that he has a clear contract and is motivated to continue competing. Despite rumors about possible replacements, such as Haas's Oliver Bearman, Hamilton remains dedicated to the Ferrari team and wants to improve its performance. He will also be supported by his family at the Canadian Grand Prix, where he hopes to achieve a good result. Hamilton mentioned the importance of family support in his career and emphasized that he enjoys every moment spent with his mother.
