On August 31, Bucharest will be the scene of L'Étape Romania by Tour de France, an amateur cycling competition that will temporarily close major streets between 07:00 and 14:00. Participants will have a spectacular start in front of the Parliament Palace and will be able to choose from three routes adapted to different levels of experience. Constitution Square will become a cycling hub with exhibitions, shopping areas and spectator activities. The event promises to celebrate cycling as an active lifestyle, with medical assistance and technical support throughout the race.
