Neluțu Varga announces that he is taking "a step back", while a Swiss entrepreneur is set to become the president of the CFR Cluj club.

Neluțu Varga, the current president of CFR Cluj, announced that the Swiss entrepreneur Hendrik Klein will take over the position of president of the club in the near future.

This change is part of a broader process of changing ownership, which will take place in the next 12 months. Varga explained that he will continue to support the club financially but wishes to step back from management to focus on his family and personal business. Klein, with experience in Swiss football, was previously involved with FC Locarno and had responsibilities in marketing and finance.

Varga emphasized that the new management, which includes other members as well, will be responsible for turning the club around and managing its debts. This transition is seen as an important step for the future of CFR Cluj.
