Gigi Becali confirmed the appointment of Marius Baciu as the coach of FCSB, after a period of uncertainty following Mirel Rădoi's departure to Gaziantep. Lucian Filip held the interim position, but the management decided to bring Baciu, a former player of Steaua, to take over the team. Becali mentioned that Baciu signed a one-year contract and will attend training starting tomorrow. This choice was surprising, considering that Baciu had not previously been associated with taking over the team. FCSB is now preparing for the Conference League playoff and for the next season, hoping to achieve better results.
