Moldovan citizens can request a mobile ballot box to vote at their location during the parliamentary elections on September 28, 2025, according to the CEC.

Starting from September 15, citizens who cannot reach the polling station due to health reasons or other valid reasons can request voting by mobile ballot. Requests must be made in writing, 2 weeks before the voting date, and can be submitted by a family member. The request must include the identification details of the applicant and the reasons for the inability to travel, along with supporting documents. The option to electronically sign the request is also available.
