Olga Tudor, the chief accountant of MoldATSA, and Marcel Bencheci, the deputy head of the Administrative Directorate, have been placed in preventive detention for 30 days, while Loredan Roșca, the deputy head of the Aeronautical Security Department, is under house arrest. The three were not present at the court hearing, refusing to appear, and their lawyers contest the charges, claiming they are fabricated.

Olga Tudor's lawyer mentioned that the charges were not examined on the merits, but only the legal grounds for detention. Investigators are looking into serious irregularities in the administration of MoldATSA, including the organization of fictitious competitions and violations of public procurement procedures, causing significant damage. The former director of MoldATSA, Dumitru Vangheli, left the country before CNA's searches, and the institution has not confirmed his status in the case. The scandal has led to resignations in a chain and intensified investigations into MoldATSA.
