During the meeting between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Alexandru Munteanu, and the NATO Deputy Secretary General, Boris Ruge, essential topics related to regional security and NATO's support for strengthening the country's resilience in its European path were discussed. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the partnership with NATO for enhancing Moldova's capabilities to respond effectively to crises, modernizing defense institutions, and protecting the informational and cyber space.

Munteanu stated the responsibility to protect citizens and contribute to maintaining peace in Europe. Collaboration will continue through the Individual Partnership Program 2025-2028, which includes objectives such as combating hybrid threats and strengthening assistance in emergency situations.
